So it has been almost one month since my last blogpost, and I promise it has been for a good reason :) This past month we have been insanely busy. On top of several big changes (more on that later) and during my busiest season, my mac decided to give me a heart attack and crash. Thank god Apple was able to retrieve all my pictures stored on it! ayiyi. Back up your pictures people!! So being without my computer for almost two weeks set all of my editing back two weeks which was even more unnecessary stress. Needless to say, anyone need any empty wine bottles? I have a few dozen in the garage.
But now onto the main attraction :)
Adelie is now 13 months old! (I absolutely hate when people say that-I say she's One-but for sake of documenting, she is 13 months;)
Height: 32"
Weight: 22lbs
Food: Currently she has a sippy of 2% milk at breakfast and at dinner. Apple juice and water in between and for snack. She loves cheese and bean quesadillas, pizza, Alfredo, chicken nuggets, toast and grilled cheese. For snack she loves goldfish, teddy grahams and yogurt :)
Milestones: She now has 12 teeth! She cut all four molars at the same time and it was so terrible! Poor girl broke 5 fevers :( She also is not walking still. She will take about 6 steps but sits down quickly. Her balance is so much better when she has things in her hands. At her one year dr apt. She cried more at the Dr. trying to examine her than she did for the shots. Surprisingly only a few tears! (6&9m were much worse!) She says hi and waves to people, and just today figured out the correct way to wave-she had been waving to herself for the longest time ;) She also got her first-"What beautiful GREEN eyes you have!" score.
Funny things: Now a days she squints her eyes and tips her head up when she smiles and laughs-she thinks she's SO funny:) She also has started to feed the dogs her leftovers-it's so hard not to laugh because she knows she not supposed to, and does her best to sneak it to them-looking out of the corner of her eye at me.
Uhohs:Adelie fell face first off our bed and came up with a huge goose egg, which later bruised :( She was okay but scared us half to death! She is starting to know NO FEAR! She climbed the whole stairs for the first time last week!<-she laughed the whole time ;)
Randoms: She is currently in size 4 diapers and wears size 18m clothes-even though 18m is slightly to big in the waist for her-she needs it in the top.
