Easter

Not 30min after we pulled into the driveway, we piled back into the car headed to Easter at G+G Becks.  Papa had hid 125 eggs (25 per grandkid) in the yard and the older kids were SO excited to go find them we decided to do the hunt first. And it was a good thing we did, because half of the eggs contained chocolate, and it was BEAUTIFUL out! Seriously thee best weather we could have possibly had for Easter.  I cannot remember one Easter growing up, that I was able to wear my Easter dress without tights or a cardigan, and Adelie wore neither!  Speaking of Easter Dress, I had been debating on whether or not to get her one, because in reality she would only wear it an hour tops (crawling in a dress is impossible) and as of that sunday morning she did not have one.  Five minutes before we walked out the door I peeked in her closet and found a dress, in her size, just hanging out in the bigger sizes! So thank you to whoever bought her this dress! :)  The babies enjoyed shaking the eggs but after about 2 eggs lost focus, and it turned into an adult egg scavenger hunt.  Next year we'll have walkers!  Grandma Margaret cooked up a fantastic meal topped off with scotcheroos! The rest of the day was spent playing bags, sipping wine and lounging on the sun deck :)  Such a relaxing end to a busy weekend!
Happy Easter from our family to yours!
